When my husband and I decided to buy our own house, we were both excited. We have been renting an apartment for eleven years and now that we have enough savings in the bank and we both have a stable income, we wanted to own a home. ANd when we found the ideal house, we did not buy it afront as much as we would like. We still want to be a hundred percent sure that we are doing the right thing and investing in the right home.

And we do not want to be stuck in a home that cost more than it’s value. We also do not want any cheap inspecting agency to do the job, we want an independent and impartial certified inspector. A year before, when my sister got her home, she asked the assitance of the Dallas Home Inspection before the sale was closed. Now she was happy with her investment and she was the one who told me never to trust all the broker or the sales agent’s promises was saying about the house. It will always be better to have the home fully inspected and save money, a lot of money in the future.
