The teas are the most beneficial drink in the world. And there are health benefits taking it. Tea eases irritability, headaches, nervous tension and insomnia. And there are type of tea that are better for us and some are not. The red tea, is an herbal tea that originated in Africa. It has been show to have many relaxing effects that help reduce a wide range of irritations and inflammations on the body. And it is one of the types of tea there are more such as the Black Tea, this type of tea is the un healthiest of all tea, it is the most consumed. It has the highest amount of caffeine and lowest amount of antioxidants. Another one is the White Tea. And this kind of tea can be more expensive than other types of tea because it’s produces mostly in lesser quantities. This type of teas are made from new growth buds, shielded from sunlight and therefore had no chlorophyll.
And one of the bets is the Green tea. It is by far the healthiest of all tea. It’s tea leaves basically come from the same plant as black tea leaves. And because of that this coming Christmas I know what to give a tea Christmas gift baskets for my parents and Christmas cakes for my brother and sister.
